What is CDAA Digital Assets Management Certificate Program?

Our Instructors
A. Türker Balkar, CDAA™
Türker got a start in the world of computers and the Internet with MCSE + Internet certification in 2000. He became an MC Trainer by establishing NETTEK Education Company, one of the first Microsoft Education centers in Turkey, and undertook the training of IT department employees of many companies. He worked in the IT department of Turkcell for a short time. Since 2001, he has provided consultancy to Data Vendor companies in BIST and international global markets and continues to actively continue his trade transactions. He started as an Ethereum miner in 2017 and provides consultancy to various projects in the Blockchain and cryptocurrency sector. He organizes trainings in the fields of Blockchain and Trading and takes part in television programs and global events as a speaker.
Atty. Elçin Karatay
Elçin Karatay is a Managing Partner at Solak&Partners Law Office and is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association. She works mainly in the fields of corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law and capital market law and provides consultancy services to its clients in order to establish legal infrastructures related to newly developed technologies such as blockchain and artificial intelligence. Elçin Karatay graduated from Koç University Faculty of Law and completed her subdivided department of Economics at the same university. Karatay completed her master's degree in Economics at the same university with a master's degree in Galatasaray University Special Law Thesis Program under the Science of American Law (Simple Agreement for Future Equity) and continues her academic studies within the scope of Galatasaray University Private Law Doctoral Program.
İsmail Hakkı Polat
Ismail Hakki Polat received his B. Sc. degree from METU Electrical & Electronics Engineering Department in 1989. Between 1989-2004, he mainly worked in the global telecom conglomerates such as Siemens, Nortel, Ericsson and Turkcell in different positions ranging from engineering to executive management. Since 2004, Polat has been lecturing in Istanbul Kadir Has University on disruptive topics such as Key Concepts in New Media, Digital Disruption and Cryptocurrencies/Blockchain as being one of the initiators of Turkey's first New Media University Department. He worked for BBC Media Action as a freelance consultant during the preparation of New Media Journalism Curriculum in Baku Slavic and Baku State Universities. Furthermore, Polat has been mentoring to local and multinational cryptocurrency startups. He is also a co-founder of Segenious Oy, a Finnish start-up focused on developing Online Certificate Programs for Digital Asset Management Professionals. He has a column in BloombergBusinessWeek's Turkey edition where he shares his opinions on the disruptive matters.
Koray Candir
Mr Candir is Director at Intel Corp focusing on embedded systems, compute clusters and AI. He has a B.Eng Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University (METU) and MBA from Cornell. Mr Candir teaches Strategic Management at METU-School of Business Administration on a part time basis and teaches Robotic Fleet Management Course at Segenious.
